first day at work was like WAH! to me. at first i thought it would be damn tiring. but in the end, i got more time to rest there. okok, i'll describe.

the place i'm working at is Mentor Media, and working as a store assistant. basically, my job is to tie/wrap HP products (printers, monitors, CPUs, etc..) that were on wooden pellets (platforms). sounds tiring right? but they come in batches, so whenever i'm done with my work, i can take the time to rest/slack till the next batch comes.

so, imagine 1 batch of 7 pellets, with 8 to 12 other people working with me as a team. we can finish the job in about half an hour, and the next batch comes around half an hour later!!

so my time line was like, 10.30pm start work, i learn the basics till 12am. then had break till 1am. work till 2am, and break till 3am, work till 3.30am, break till 3.55am. work till 4.40am, break till 5am, work till 5.35am, break till 6.15am. work till 6.45am, break till 7.05am, work till 7.20am and break till 8am and end of work!! WTF right!?

so basically, the work here is like u "chiong" for short term then can break, and the logic is "the faster u finish the job, the more time u have to rest" and its like, i work 10 hours for $50 a night. but around half the time there is for me to rest. but from what i heard from the full time people there, last night was one of the average nights. if really more stocks came in, then won't get to rest so much. so fun and cool. wonder whether tonight will be another night for slacking :D for those who sleep late can chat with me on sms, kay?
